Q) Will my cat be mixed in with other cats because the rooms are so large?
A) No, absolutely not. Each room is approx 5x7x7.5 and only cats from the same household will be allowed to share a room.
Q) Are the larger rooms more money then the regular size rooms?
A) No, all rooms are the same rate. We didn’t want to raise the cost for larger rooms and make our clients feel uncomfortable about placing a value on their cat.
Q) Do you charge more if our cat needs to be seen by a Veterinarian while we are away?
A) Yes, if a member of the team needs to transport your cat to our 24 hour Veterinarians office we will apply a fee. We will call your contact person before transporting your cat.
Q) How much notice is required to board at Creekside?
A) We will certainly always do our best to accommodate you with a week or so notice however; if we are full we will put you on a cancellation list.
Q) Do I pay a deposit when I book my cat into your facility?
A) Yes, we do ask clients to pay a $40.00 non-refundable deposit when making a reservation.
Q) How can I pay for my cats stay?
A) We currently offer Interac, Cheque or Cash. Credit Card's are not accepted at this time.
Q) My cat requires medication, will there be an extra charge for administering this?
A) Yes, If your cat requires a pill or injection, there is a $5.00 per day fee. If the medication can be applied to the cat food, there is no charge.
Q) I don't want to change my cats diet. Will you feed her as I do?
A) Yes. Give us your instructions and bring your felines special food. We have a refrigerator for perishables.
Q) Do you give a discount to someone who brings their cats food?
A) We don't charge extra to serve special diets to our feline guests as well we don't offer a discount to those who bring their cat food.
Q) What brands of food do you offer?
A) We have selected brands of canned food available.
Q) Can I pick up my cat anytime?
A) Yes and No, We ask all cats are picked up by noon. If required special arrangments can be made for an additional charge.
Q) Can we come visit our cat anytime?
A) Yes, however we require a visitors appointment. Please see our contact us page for hours of operation.
